Missing Person: Madison Fields (Colerain Township, Ohio)

Madison Fields is a 16-year-old girl from Colerain Township, Ohio, who has been missing since February 13, 2026. She was last seen in the afternoon around 4 p.m. leaving the InTown Suites on Colerain Avenue, where her family was temporarily staying. Surveillance footage shows her walking on nearby streets before she disappeared.

Her family reported that she left home on foot and was not heard from again; her phone has been dead since the time she went missing, and it has not been trackable.

Circumstances of Disappearance

According to her family, Madison told her younger sister she was planning to meet someone she had been messaging online. The person — identified only as “Josh” — was described to family members as an 18-year-old contact she met on an anonymous encrypted messaging app called “Session.” Her parents say they do not know this person, and no one in her school circle knows anyone by that name.
